Musical Fidelity M2si

The M2si integrated amplifier takes our peerless premium-amp experience and applies it to a more affordable price point. It boasts trickle-down technology from our mighty and legendary Titan flagship, plus other high-end touches such as solid metal controls. The M2si delivers 76 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 137 watts into 4 ohms. This means the M2si will drive a wide range of speakers, even power-hungry models.

Further flexibility is provided by the M2si's excellent connectivity, which includes six line-level inputs and switchable home-theatre throughput. It features a Class A preamp stage with its own, independant power supply, coupled with a discrete pair of power amps. In effect, this means the M2si offers the performance benefits of a pre/power configuration with the compact convenience of a one-box design.

Its performance is rock-solid, it's sonically well-rounded and it's comfortable with a wide array of speakers. And it's all served up in an elegant, no-nonsense package.

Continuing on from our Award-winning Harlequin Series 6, (2021 Loudspeaker of the year Award $1000 – $2000) the Harlequin S6plus speakers have borrowed tech from our Premium Special Edition Range and now uses the same New Premium soft dome tweeter partnered with our new improved 6 1/2 inch mid/bass driver. The improvement these new drivers brings allows us to retain the same crossover design approach using high quality acoustic polypropylene caps, air cored and ferrite core inductors. This results in the Harlequin Series 6plus being an even better. The Harlequin S6Plus Floor Standing Speaker is part of the sixth generation (Series 6) of the Legendary Richter speakers and in this S6Plus series we wanted to focus on refining our most awarded Series 6 range of Loudspeakers with improvements where it matters.  

This meant raising the bar from a visual and performance perspective. New aesthetically pleasing cabinet designs including magnetic mounting grills were drafted as well as the development of all new Propriety drivers which allowed us to take a new cross over design approach.

Premium Tweeter
The new tweeter borrowed from the Premium Special Edition range deliveries considerably better sensitivity with a lower resonance frequency and double the power handling resulting in a new level of clarity and engagement like lifting a veil.

Improved Drivers
Our new 6 1/2” lightweight Midrange – Bass drivers have been improved for the Series 6plus Range, they exhibit notable advancements, particularly around the 1KHz range, surpassing its predecessor there’s also a commendable reduction of approximately 10% in nonlinear distortion compared to its predecessor. This all goes to providing a smoother cleaner audible improvement.

Improved Bass Control
The Wizard and Harlequin now also come with an additional Bass Port foam Puck which provides an ideal middle ground bass response catering for different room sizes and conditions as well as users preferred taste. We call it the Goldie Locks effect, When the BASS PLUGS INSERTED reduces the bass response too much and BASS PLUGS REMOVED energises the bass response too much, the additional BASS PORT PUCK provides the perfect middle ground.
