Change of Mind Refund

Change of Mind Refund applies only within 30 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return and full refund, the packaging of your item must be unopened.

Where the packaging has been opened or the item has been used, a 25% fee will be charged. This is because we cannot resell the product as a Brand New product.

Return shipping costs to be paid by the customer.
