Developed to complement the various models in the range, the Solstice C3 ensures perfect sonic consistency within home cinema set-ups.

This 2-way centre channel speaker features a sealed-box design that promotes precise reproduction of the vocal range whilst making it easy to integrate into a home cinema unit. It incorporates the same technologies and acoustic philosophy as the rest of the range, guaranteeing perfect consistency in timbre and sound effects.

A fundamental component of any home cinema system, the Solstice C3 reproduces dialogue with clarity and naturalness. Voices gain in presence and intelligibility whilst enhancing the sense of immersion.

Thanks to its balanced sound reproduction and perfect tonal consistency with the other models in the range, the Solstice C3 is the ideal complement to a SOLSTICE home cinema system, offering a consistent, precise and deeply immersive sound experience.

CRYSTAL-CLEAR DIALOGUES - HOME CINEMA ESSENTIAL
A key component of any home cinema system, the Solstice C3 has been designed to reproduce dialogue with remarkable precision and clarity.

Positioned beneath the screen, it ensures voices are perfectly clear and sounds are precisely localised, fully enhancing the viewer’s sense of immersion.

REALISTIC IMMERSION - PERFECT HARMONY OF TONES
It features the same acoustic technologies and speakers as the entire SOLSTICE range.

This consistency ensures seamless continuity of sound character when sound effects move between different channels, delivering a more realistic and immersive home cinema experience.

NEW HORN TWEETER TZ2540 MG - ADVANCED ACOUSTIC TECHNOLOGIES
The tweeter incorporates many of the innovations developed for SOLSTICE. Its overall optimisation improves the consistency of high-frequency sound reproduction, delivering a more open, detailed and immersive listening experience.

BARREL STRUCTURE
At the entrance to the horn is a barrel-shaped cut-out that causes volumetric compression at the suspension. This geometric structure optimises the frequency response, resulting in better integration with the midrange driver.

OPTIMISED HORN
The driver profile has been fully optimised in accordance with the OS-SEW (Oblate Spheroid Super Elliptical Waveguide) principle. This geometry promotes a more uniform distribution of high frequencies throughout the listening area, ensuring a wider and more stable soundstage.

HERITAGE AND PERFORMANCE - TRIANGLE MAGNESIUM DOME
The SOLSTICE tweeter builds on the acoustic fundamentals that have made the brand’s reputation, featuring a 25 mm aluminium/magnesium dome. This alloy, which has already been tried and tested in the ESPRIT 40TH and MAGELLAN 40TH ranges, is renowned for its lightness and rigidity, enabling it to produce precise and detailed high frequencies.

BACKWAVE ABSORPTION - HIGH-PERFORMANCE ENGINE
The tweeter in the SOLSTICE speakers features a high-power magnetic engine based on a neodymium ring with an open centre. Combined with a rear absorption chamber, this design helps to limit internal reflections and reduce distortion.

CONSISTENT SOUND DISTRIBUTION - NEW PHASE PLUG
With a view to optimising high-frequency dispersion, the phase-alignment component has been specifically redesigned.

Now moulded as a single piece, it features a design inspired by the ‘barrel’ principle, ensuring better control over the propagation of sound waves.

Its redesigned structure allows for a more uniform distribution of high frequencies throughout the room and widens the listening area, ensuring a more consistent sound reproduction and constant sound quality, even off-axis from the speakers.

NEW BASKET - NEW DRIVER ARCHITECTURE
Developed specifically for SOLSTICE, the new 16cm die-cast aluminium basket features an arch-shaped structure offering exceptional acoustic neutrality.

Its design combines mechanical rigidity with optimised airflow, preserving acoustic performance even at high listening levels.

EMISSIVE SURFACE EXTENSION - NATURAL CELLULOSE PULP MIDRANGE
The cone benefits from a new rear-glueing system that increases the radiating surface area and improves the linearity of the reproduction, both acoustically and visually.

Made from natural cellulose pulp, a signature material for TRIANGLE, it stands out for its ability to reproduce voices and instruments with warmth and realism.

MIDWOOFER
The mid-woofer driver has been developed to offer an optimal balance between energy, natural sound and versatility. Its natural cellulose pulp cone stands out for its ability to reproduce timbres with finesse whilst maintaining excellent responsiveness. Capable of covering a wide frequency range with great consistency, it ensures a smooth transition between the bass and midrange registers. Vocals gain presence, instruments gain body, whilst the lower end of the spectrum retains all its dynamics and impact.

A BALANCE BETWEEN REGISTERS - HIGH-QUALITY INTERNAL COMPONENTS
Invisible to the listener but essential to the sound balance, the crossover plays a central role in the performance of the SOLSTICE speakers.

Optimisation of the slopes, phase response and choice of components ensures a smooth transition between frequency bands, guaranteeing a natural and perfectly balanced sound reproduction.

Each crossover is constructed using carefully selected components, combining air-core inductors, MKT capacitors and cement-coated resistors, in order to preserve the signal’s integrity.

SOUND CONTROL - ROUNDED EDGES
For SOLSTICE, the pursuit of performance is also achieved through a cabinet with high inertia. Its design helps to create a stable structure, allowing the drivers to perform to their full potential.

The rounded edges minimise diffraction caused by side effects and promote a more uniform dispersion of sound throughout the room. This approach results in a more precise sound image and a more natural soundstage.

MECHANICAL EXPERTISE AND ACOUSTIC PERFORMANCE - A REINFORCED STRUCTURE
The structure also benefits from the DVAS (Driver Vibration Absorption System), where a high-density perforated reinforcement abuts the driver via a damping material, thereby stiffening the driver/cabinet assembly.

A high-density EVA foam gasket, positioned at the end of each internal reinforcement, ensures contact between the speaker driver and the reinforcement. This greatly dampens the transducer vibrations generated by the movement of the diaphragm, with only a small residual vibration being transmitted to the cabinet.

SOLSTICE TERMINALS - OPTIMAL CONNECTION
The terminal block for the SOLSTICE range has been completely redesigned to combine performance with aesthetic integration.

Crafted from highly conductive materials, these new connectors ensure optimal signal transmission and offer broad compatibility with various connection types. Their exclusive design, finished in champagne, blends seamlessly with the range’s refined aesthetic.

The Solstice 3 and Solstice C3 models feature a single terminal block, whilst the Solstice 8 benefits from a dual terminal block allowing for bi-wiring or bi-amping.

PERFECT INTEGRATION - REMOVABLE BASE
To meet the space constraints of home cinema set-ups, the Solstice C3’s base can be removed when necessary.

This saves a valuable 3 cm in height, reducing the speaker’s height to just 20.5 cm, allowing for discreet integration into AV furniture.

SEALED BOX CONFIGURATION - CLEAN & WELL-CONTROLLED BASS
Thanks to its sealed-box design, the Solstice C3 delivers precise and controlled sound reproduction whilst making it easy to integrate into AV furniture.

This design, which has no visible port, contributes to the speaker’s elegant and understated appearance. It also allows for greater flexibility in positioning the speaker without compromising its acoustic performance.

NEW TERMINAL - DESIGNED TO THE SMALLEST DETAIL
The new terminal block features a design inspired by the new TRIANGLE cable ranges, enhanced by an elegant champagne finish.

Compatible with both stripped cables and banana plugs, it combines practicality with sophistication. It is housed within a silicone ring that matches the cabinetry, whose sculpted pattern echoes that of the speakers. This attention to the finest detail extends the speaker’s visual identity across a full 360°.

SOLSTICE ELEGANCE
Available in White, Teak, Birch and Black Ash, the Solstice C3 embodies the SOLSTICE design language.

Its clean lines, refined finishes and meticulously crafted details allow it to blend harmoniously into any living space, whilst maintaining perfect visual consistency with the other speakers in the range.

Amplifier and Power Handling

Speaker power handling capacity: 120 Watts

* A speaker’s power handling capacity refers to the average continuous power it can handle without damaging the drivers. You can use an amplifier with a higher power output than the speakers’ power handling capacity by limiting the volume to 70 per cent of the maximum capacity. Conversely, an amplifier that is too weak will clip and cause distortion, which can also damage the speakers if used beyond its capacity.

Speaker Specifications
• Type: Sealed-box centre channel
• Number of ways : 2
• Sensitivity: 92 dB
• Frequency response (+/- 3dB): 50 Hz – 22,000 Hz
• Nominal impedance: 8 Ω
• Minimum impedance: 4.5 Ω

* A speaker’s impedance can be simplified as an electrical resistance. The lower the speaker’s impedance, the more current the amplifier will need to deliver.

- The nominal impedance, also known as the ‘standardised’ impedance, is measured at a frequency of 1 kHz
- The minimum impedance is measured at low frequencies.

TRIANGLE speakers never drop below 3 ohms, which means they can be used with virtually all Hi-Fi and home cinema amplifiers.
